Don’t forget about yourself!
I always make sure to paint a watercolor portrait of both of you! Many of my couples in the past have photocopied and turned their portrait into their thank you cards!

Your guests get their photo taken during cocktail hour
I paint throughout the night, while engaging with your guests. Don’t forget to get a photo as well so I can paint the two of you!
Your guests can pick up their portraits before they leave. I put all portraits in a protective clear sleeve and cardboard backing
FAQs
-
I can paint 7-9 portraits with two guests in each (14-18 guests painted) per hour. The most portraits I have completed in one night is 100. I will complete and mail to you the remaining portraits that I don’t get to within 1-2 weeks after your wedding. I match them up to the pictures so you know who is who. Most couples will mail them out with their thank you cards!

I try and keep it to 5 people or less. Due to time, I limit portraits to one per family/party

My packages are by the amount of guests you have. This ensures that all of your guests that want to have their portrait done get to have their portrait done. 2 guests as a couple in one painting still counts as 2 guests painted and 3 guests in one group painting still counts as 3 guests painted etc.

1. Do you have a specific dress code (for instance all black, cocktail, formal, gown, business casual, beach, summer, spring, winter etc). I will never wear anything that is white or if you have other colors you’d prefer me not to wear ;)
2. What is the starting time and when will guests arrive? I will get there 30-15 minutes before guest arrival and be set up before guests arrive
3. I do not bring my own table or table cloth. A 6-8ft table, chair + tablecloth provided by your venue would be great that way everything will flow with your wedding theme :) I can even move to different tables starting at your cocktail hour and then to your reception if they are in 2 separate areas.
4. I usually will tell couples to let their guests know during cocktail hour to come to my table to take a photo if they want their portrait painted. I will always be open for your guests to take a photo all throughout the night but it helps out when we can get the photos done right at the beginning of the cocktail hour. Then the rest of the night I can focus on portraits to ensure I get as many portraits done as possible present at your wedding :)
5. And lastly a little bit about your story and anything else you might want me to know :) I love to hear about how couples met and a little bit about you!
